Get To Know Our Friendly Staff

I'm GSS - Caldwell's Staffing Coordinator. My goal, is to assist our customers with finding great employees. This is my 4th year at it with Gem State Staffing and I'm starting to sound like I know what I'm doing. Tell me a dad joke I haven't heard, I have a book full! Always on the look out for new rockstars to join our team of valued employee's!

I began my journey with Gem State Staffing in the Boise location way back in 2005. We only had 3 branches at that time!  Over the years, I've managed Boise, Twin Falls-Burley, and back to Boise again. I was promoted to COO/District Manager for Idaho and our single location in Salt Lake City, and operated in that capacity for 8 years. We opened several new locations under my direction and increased our geographic footprint to cover all of Southern Idaho. Many of the employees currently employed by Gem State Staffing were hired and trained by me, a feat I am very proud of.

In early 2020 the ownership for Gem State Staffing offered me an opportunity to buy the Caldwell branch and operate the location under a franchise-like agreement. I'm happy to report that in January 2024, I completed my purchase of Gem State Staffing-Caldwell. 

Tina Wilson moved back to her home state of Idaho in 2015 from an itsy bitsy town called Eureka, NV, yeah we haven’t hear of it either! Prior to joining Gem State Staffing in 2019 she spent 18 years as a General Manager of a exotic pet food manufacturing company.  Tina is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.  Tina is inspired daily by her husband of 23 years, their 2 adult children and 7 grandchildren.  In her free time, Tina likes to attend to their small herd of cattle, spend time with her grandchildren and camp the great outdoors of Idaho.

Jeremiah has been working with the company climbing the ranks since summer of 2007. A former Sergeant in Marines, he brings with him a dedication of excellence to his customers and employees alike. Big time Raiders fan, he can be seen watching, talking, and making friendly wagers with his friends on anything sports related. A loving husband, father of 2 and 3 cats, family life has become a bit of a side job, but with better benefits.

Brandon joined the GSS team in 2015 and has worn many hats during his time with the company. Brandon enjoys bringing unparalleled service to our customer base, handling account acquisitions and retention, along with compliance, and billing. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and Huskies, Saint and Panda, watching the news, and cooking. Whether he is eating out or trying out a new recipe at home, he enjoys everything food. If it’s football season, you’ll struggle to reach Brandon, he will be busy watching the game.

I have been in the staffing industry since 2010. I worked alongside Jeremiah and under Dustin to grow the Boise office into one of the most prominent branches in the area and within the company. In 2015, I became the Branch Manager for the Nampa location and in 2018, the District Manager over Eastern Idaho. Over the course of close to 6 years, I enjoyed seeing record growth in the 5 offices I oversaw. In the end of 2023 I entered an ownership agreement for a single location as part of an extension into Western Idaho/Eastern Oregon with a new office in Payette, ID. I believe that determination with customized individual solutions sets us apart, and I’m very excited for opening day of the new Payette Branch set to begin operations early-mid February 2024.

I am native to Southeast Idaho, having go to school in Shelley and ISU.  I am surrounded by 3 incredible humans I get to call my sons, they have blessed me in many ways, one of which is having made ma a grandma.  I am passionate about helping people improve their lives.  I come from a family where a handshake and your word mean something, these are values I was taught growing up an d strive to live by still today.  My goal is to serve my community the best way possible.  Throughout my career it's always been important to connect with people and leave them better than how I found them.

I’ve been working with Gem State Staffing since August of 2011. I got my start in our Twin Falls office and have worked in Nampa, Pocatello and Boise since then. In 10plus years at these locations I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative, Assistant Manager, and Manager. I specialize in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee management among other things.  When I’m not at work, I enjoy hanging out with friends, board games, and taking in Boise’s beautiful wild life and landscape with hikes and nature walks. I am a self-proclaimed foodie and a big music and movie connoisseur. My continuing goal is to soon obtain my own store in the Treasure Valley area so I may expand my growth, together with Gem State Staffing. 

 Patricia wears many hats in the Twin Falls branch including providing administrative support, sales and marketing, and employee/customer relations. Patricia is a native to Twin Falls and has worked with Gem State Staffing for over 10 years now. She has a strong sense of devotion and specializes in seeking out the best characteristics in a person to get them the best job opportunity possible. Patricia spends her free time with her husband of 18 years, their two adult boys, and their two little fur babies.

Hello my name is Kiley Henry and I am excited for my new Journey with this amazing company, I bring years of experience in Sales, management, and customer/employee retention. I was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho and I am also an outdoor enthusiast and spend my summers camping, fishing, and exploring the mountains. I love to snowmobile in the winter time and take my boys on all the adventures possible. I have a bucket list that I try to cross some new adventures off twice a year, and can’t wait to cross many more off!

I graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2014. I moved to Boise in 2019, the same year I joined Gem State Staffing. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two children, and friends, particularly grilling in the summer. Watching soccer and football is also one of my favorite pastimes.
