Get To Know Our Friendly Staff

Tina Wilson returned to her home state of Idaho in 2015 after living in the small town of Eureka, Nevada, yes, it’s as tiny as it sounds! Before joining Gem State Staffing in 2019, Tina spent 18 years as the General Manager of an exotic pet food manufacturing company, where she honed her leadership skills and developed a passion for helping teams succeed.

With a strong work ethic and an endlessly positive attitude, Tina brings energy and encouragement to everyone around her. She thrives on seeing others grow and achieve their goals, making her a powerful force in the workplace.

Tina draws daily inspiration from her husband since 2000, their two adult children, and seven wonderful grandchildren. When she's not at work, she enjoys caring for their small herd of cattle, spending quality time with her grand kids, and camping in the beautiful Idaho outdoors.

Jeremiah has been part of Gem State Staffing since the summer of 2007, steadily climbing the ranks through hard work, consistency, and a commitment to serving both customers and employees with excellence. As a former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, he brings a leadership style shaped by discipline, integrity, and an unwavering drive to get the job done right.

Outside the office, Jeremiah is a proud and devoted Raiders fan—known for watching, talking, and even placing the occasional friendly wager on anything sports-related. At home, he’s a loving husband, father of two, and caretaker of three cats. He often jokes that family life has become a second job… just one with much better benefits.

I have been in the staffing industry since 2010. I worked alongside Jeremiah and under Dustin to grow the Boise office into one of the most prominent branches in the area and within the company. In 2015, I became the Branch Manager for the Nampa location and in 2018, the District Manager over Eastern Idaho. Over the course of close to 6 years, I enjoyed seeing record growth in the 5 offices I oversaw. In the end of 2023 I entered an ownership agreement for a single location as part of an extension into Western Idaho/Eastern Oregon with a new office in Payette, ID. I believe that determination with customized individual solutions sets us apart, and I’m very excited for opening day of the new Payette Branch set to begin operations early-mid February 2024.

Born and raised in Burley, Idaho I graduated from Minico High School in 1992. I joined Gem State Staffing in July 2019 and have proudly been part of the team for six years now. With over four additional years of prior staffing experience, I bring more than a decade of knowledge and passion to the industry. I take pride in recognizing the best qualities in individuals and connecting them with positions where they can succeed. In July 2024, I became the Manager of Gem State Staffing in Burley, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Outside of work, I love spending time with my kids and grandchildren. I’m also a big sports fan especially football, basketball, boxing, and softball

Patricia wears many hats in the Twin Falls branch including providing administrative support, sales and marketing, and employee/customer relations. Patricia is a native to Twin Falls and has worked with Gem State Staffing for over 10 years now. She has a strong sense of devotion and specializes in seeking out the best characteristics in a person to get them the best job opportunity possible. Patricia spends her free time with her husband of 18 years, their two adult boys, and their two little fur babies.

I graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2014 and moved to Idaho in 2019, the same year I joined Gem State Staffing. I began my journey as a Staffing Coordinator, where I had the opportunity to learn and grow under Dustin’s mentorship. This led to a promotion to Assistant Manager, a role that provided valuable new challenges and professional development. As of January 2026, I am honored to step into the role of Branch Manager for our Caldwell office. I look forward to continuing our commitment to excellence in the community. Whether you are seeking employees or looking for your next career opportunity, I invite you to give us a call or visit us at the Caldwell branch. Outside of the office, I relish spending time with my wife, our two children, and our friends—especially during summer barbecues. I am also an avid sports fan, and watching soccer and football is among my favorite leisure activities.

I began my journey with Gem State Staffing in the Boise location way back in 2005. We only had 3 branches at that time!  Over the years, I've managed Boise, Twin Falls-Burley, and back to Boise again. I was promoted to COO/District Manager for Idaho and our single location in Salt Lake City, and operated in that capacity for 8 years. We opened several new locations under my direction and increased our geographic footprint to cover all of Southern Idaho. Many of the employees currently employed by Gem State Staffing were hired and trained by me, a feat I am very proud of.

In early 2020 the ownership for Gem State Staffing offered me an opportunity to buy the Caldwell branch and operate the location under a franchise-like agreement. I'm happy to report that in January 2024, I completed my purchase of Gem State Staffing-Caldwell.

Sometimes finding qualified talent or being on the front lines of finding a new job opportunity can be a difficult and tiresome process. I'm not here to say I'll solve all of your problems but my dedication to trying isn't in question when I get to work. I'm not afraid to fail because failure is just an opportunity to learn. I've been at this now for 5 years and as I continue to learn every day my goals stay consistent. With an excellent team by my side I'm positive we're the "go-to" place for all your needs. Whether you're seeking employees or looking for employment, give us a call!
