A Cut Above The Rest

Tina Wilson returned to her home state of Idaho in 2015 after living in the small town of Eureka, Nevada, yes, it’s as tiny as it sounds! Before joining Gem State Staffing in 2019, Tina spent 18 years as the General Manager of an exotic pet food manufacturing company, where she honed her leadership skills and developed a passion for helping teams succeed.

With a strong work ethic and an endlessly positive attitude, Tina brings energy and encouragement to everyone around her. She thrives on seeing others grow and achieve their goals, making her a powerful force in the workplace.

Tina draws daily inspiration from her husband since 2000, their two adult children, and seven wonderful grandchildren. When she's not at work, she enjoys caring for their small herd of cattle, spending quality time with her grand kids, and camping in the beautiful Idaho outdoors.

Jeremiah has been part of Gem State Staffing since the summer of 2007, steadily climbing the ranks through hard work, consistency, and a commitment to serving both customers and employees with excellence. As a former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, he brings a leadership style shaped by discipline, integrity, and an unwavering drive to get the job done right.

Outside the office, Jeremiah is a proud and devoted Raiders fan—known for watching, talking, and even placing the occasional friendly wager on anything sports-related. At home, he’s a loving husband, father of two, and caretaker of three cats. He often jokes that family life has become a second job… just one with much better benefits.

Brandon joined the Gem State Staffing team in 2015 and has worn many hats during his time with the company. Known for his dedication to exceptional customer service, he plays a key role in account acquisition and retention, ensuring compliance, and managing billing processes. Brandon takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and delivering the reliable support they’ve come to expect from GSS.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and his two Huskies, Saint and Panda. He’s an avid news follower, a passionate cook, and a true food enthusiast—whether he’s discovering a new restaurant or experimenting with a fresh recipe at home. And if it’s football season, good luck catching him; he’ll be fully locked in on the game.

I have been in the staffing industry since 2010. I worked alongside Jeremiah and under Dustin to grow the Boise office into one of the most prominent branches in the area and within the company. In 2015, I became the Branch Manager for the Nampa location and in 2018, the District Manager over Eastern Idaho. Over the course of close to 6 years, I enjoyed seeing record growth in the 5 offices I oversaw. In the end of 2023 I entered an ownership agreement for a single location as part of an extension into Western Idaho/Eastern Oregon with a new office in Payette, ID. I believe that determination with customized individual solutions sets us apart, and I’m very excited for opening day of the new Payette Branch set to begin operations early-mid February 2024.
